➣ A brand-new high-performance gas lift cylinder has been installed and laser leveled to guarantee peak performance (your cylinder comes with a 1-year in-store warranty free of charge)
➣ Casters have been replaced with brand new Herman Miller Aeron specific casters
➣ Arm pads have been replaced with a brand-new pair
➣ All moving parts have been cleaned, lubricated, and tuned to maintain proper function and reliability
➣ Knee tilt memory foam pad has been replaced w/ a new one
➣ The chair has been meticulously detailed from top to bottom
➣ Minor blemishes, if any, have been addressed with factory paint for a like-new finish
➣ A new adjustable lumbar support pad has been installed
