Do you offer delivery and assembly?

Yes, we do! Our delivery & installation team is top notch! Our White Glove Delivery & Installation Service handles everything for you from A to Z. This service is provided at an additional cost. The cost is based on the product being purchased, the location it's going to, and whether there are any stair climbs involved. Our prices for this service are great! Please call for details.

Do you offer fabric and laminate samples?

We know that choosing the right fabric and finish for your new office furniture and seating can be a challenge. That's why we offer fabric and finish samples that you can bring to your office space before making a decision.

What types of payment are accepted?

We accept payment by Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you would like to pay by check please call for details.

Do you offer any leasing or renting options?

We do not offer any options other than final sale at this time. 

What is your Return Policy?

Here at Joe’s Discount Office Furniture, we offer a showroom for our customers to see and try products before deciding. Once a purchase is made the sale is final. However, if your product has a defect we back our customers 100%. Even if years down the road you need assistance due to normal wear and tear we are here to help. We treat our customers like family.
